The TickZOOM engine is a DLL with advanced technology to convert ticks to bars at zoom speed for historical testing and real time trading using streaming technology and concurrency.

This same engine runs in every mode whether historical test, market replay, optimizing, or real time trading. That way you have confidence that your testing trading models will work the exactly the same in live trading.

The engine handles the following responsibilities only:

• Converting tick data to bar intervals.
• Triggering events to invoke your custom trading models.
